Activity Scenario:

•What was the difference between these two scenarios? Examine the principles of power and conflict in each situation. Describe the nature and types of conflict in each situation. 
•Compare and contrast the characteristics that led to a positive resolution in one situation and a negative or no resolution in the other situation. 
•Based on your analysis of the two situations, what strategies for conflict management do you think were most effective and why?
