Personally, I carried around water bottle everywhere, and filled them up every time it was empty, and I consciously drank 2 liters of water a day. At school, at work, at home. This sounds very easy, but you will have to go to the bathroom a lot more than normal. The reason why this works is that it flushes out all the remains in your stomach that had not been cleansed for years. That helps you get faster metabolism, and after the remains had been washed off, whatever you eat would come out every quickly. For me, it worked after about 5 days. But i kept on with it for about 3 weeks just to make sure. But then it became a habit, I still do it, and I have not gained any more weight since then.It is much better to have 6 small meals than 2 big ones. Because if you eat a lot after not eating anything, your stomach would stress because of the certain change. So next time you eat, your body will accumulate the food you eat, instead of letting it go and digest, because it recognizes your pattern and it will keep as much food as possible inside your body. However, if you have 6 meals in small portions, your body will constantly work at an adequate pace, and it will know that more food will be consumed soon enough, so that it digests as much as possible instead of saving.
